Anyhow, its funny you mentioned Richt being around for another 10 years because I was going to start a thread about his physical condition and appearance as of late. I know he had leg/hip surgery, but the man is looking old too soon. I don't know if its the job, but he seems like something is wearing him thin.

He's in a stressful job that he's held for over a decade. I don't know too many people who wouldn't start to show signs of stress.
