As a place to live? No doubt. Not even a question. BR is worse than Jackson as a place to live. Garrett is going to LSU to play football. Not because he likes the town...

Why is this the third post. Also, in no way is Jackson better than Baton Rouge.

LSU fans are aching for good recruiting news and he should the first of many to come.

Baton Rouge is a shithole. Oxford >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Baton Rouge.

But its not even close to the realm of shittiness Jackson, Mississippi is categorized in. I am marrying a woman from Jackson and I went to Ole Miss. I know Jackson very, very well.

That place is fricking terrible. Nothing to do, downtown is terrible, Eastover is only place in the city that isn't complete ghetto (obviously not counting Madison/Ridgeland). The 2 or 3 bars have the same Jackson people there every time and its incredibly boring. Even people from Jackson like to GTFO of Jackson. Baton Rouge at least has a decent downtown, LSU, LSU bars, Garden District bars, etc.

How anyone could say this baffles me. In fact, I am quite literally chuckling at the very notion.

Thanks for the congrats though...

BTW hehatedrew, we were in the same fraternity at Ole Miss I think.
