It's most likely different causes in different areas of the country though. Regardless, I think the war on drugs is complete bullshite and it cost the taxpayer too much money to fight. Just legalize and regulate everything except hardcore drugs like Meth and Heroine and get these non violent offenders out of prison.

Legalize weed and all these "criminal drug dealers" are all of a sudden working taxpayers selling a product in the free market
