He's the absolute worst. Even when we went to the Cotton Bowl both times there were plenty of inexcusable losses most notably USC/Vandy/Wake 08 and USC/AU/State 09

Y'all had a good year and were a few plays and injuries away from a great one. I also believe Freeze is going to take y'all places. He needs a few more good classes is all. Jmo

His play calling needs to improve. Take away some of his toys and he becomes woefully predictable.

Maybe but I think he is calling plays for what he has. I didn't get to watch but a couple of your games this year but I didn't see anything really awful other than a few calls that were the "if they work your a hero and if not your a zero" variety. Overall though I think he did well. All coaches make some boneheaded calls it's how they learn.

Other than receivers, those 08 and 09 teams were immensely more talented than our current version, and Nutt fricking squandered it. I get sick thinking about 2008 and remembering how stoked I was at the time, long years of suffering will make you naive. That 08 team was every bit as good as the 08 Alabama team, I'm convinced of it. Regardless, that should have been our only loss at the most.
We're getting there, but it's sadly gonna take a little longer than I figured. The O line is gonna keep is from competing at a high level next year. Missing out on certain prospects certainly isn't helping anything either (yeah I'm talking about Gennesey, so a big frick you to the aggie above me).

Looking back at 08 with a competent coach the only game we lose is Florida. That game was hard fought and I think we lose it all things considered if it was done over. Every other team we played we were more talented than including Alabama.

The new will wear off soon like it did with us and Mullen. Unless he has a breakout seasons of 9 or more wins, some of y'all will be calling for a new coach in 3 years.
