Have you been to the Cotton Bowl? It's by far the worst I've been to. If I were Texas and OU, I'd demand to play their game at Jerry World. The Cotton Bowl is awful.

Then you don't understand how important the State Fair is to the city. They'll never move the game. Best case scenario is that Dallas gets the Olympics. They'll turn Fair Park in to the Olympic Village and it will kick start massive renovations to that area post-Olympics starting with actual livable areas.
