pretty sure that's how Butch Jones' contract works as well. A very large portion of it is incentive based

i may be wrong, but i'm pretty sure those numbers are Miles' and Saban's base salary but they get bonuses for conference titles, BCS titles, bowl wins, etc. Works basically the same way I guess, but the numbers are just listed differently
