To the few idiots who believe drunk people can legally consent to sex, you are so wrong. I think the law can be silly, but LEGALLY, a drunk person cannot consent to sex. You don't have to like, or even believe it, but that doesn't stop it from being the truth.

Additionally, the only issue I have is that her blood alcohol content wasn't tested when she was "drunk" that night. You can't point to what the police report said and assume that .04 was how drunk she was, seeing as she wasn't tested until much later, when she was already sobered up.

Quit calling other people idiots when you clearly don't know what you are talking about.

She was tested just a few hours after the alleged incident and out can easily be calculated what her bac was at the time of the incident.

I wish you people would stop commenting on this case until you read through all of the evidence that was released. Anyone with a brain and no bias would conclude the accuser's sorry was completely unreliable.
