There was no penalty flag thrown.

Wasn't there an unsportsmanlike? What I meant was I'm pretty sure White didn't mean to truck Josey into a cart. He was frustrated and gave a bump, not huge, but too much out of bounds. With the cart there that bump had a disastrous result.

Yes, there was a personal foul called. Fizzou is just crying because his team lost....and he is looking for excuses to deal with his loss.

Nope, there was no flag.

You're right that #19 (he doesn't deserve to have a name) didn't mean to throw him into the cart. But he did mean to hurt Josey, throwing him to the ground out of bounds.

He fricked up. He didn't intentionally injure him but I don't think he was just frustrated due to contact either. That was a standard stiff arm and while a stiff arm can technically be called a facemask, as by rule it can be called on anyone, they're never interpreted by refs as a facemask when involving offensive players, especially ball carriers. That's why the technique is common. I mean think about the Heisman Trophy and it's very famous pose. You think they're going to call that a penalty - ever?

Defenders know this as well as refs do.
