Who has a presser to say you're going to arrest someone? Right before they leave town no less.

Jameis Winston was at practice today, his attorney Hobbs said there was serious hints that he will be cleared and they scheduled a press conference on ESPN
I'd bet money he doesn't get charged since Tallahassee PD fricked this up on purpose

Thank you! Also the gambling lines for FSU and Duke haven't even gone off yet. He's not going to be charged.

I think he is innocent anyway. I wanna play the best anyways. We take care of Mizzou then the rest will follow. It's a God thing.

Here's what I've got on it:
He was at the apartment with some friends, went off alone with this girl (who he'd been out with before), then at some point later when they're back around people, his actual girlfriend called to ask him to pick her up from the airport. He leaves, Miss On-The-Side finds out, goes ballistic and calls the cops. By the time they get there she's brought back down to earth a little and changes around her story.
