Just curious. Anyone planning to go to Atlanta this weekend? Interested in meeting up for a pre-game beverage? I'll be heading to the ATL Saturday morning, decked out in black and gold!!

I wish I was going. The wife and I are leaving for two weeks in London/Paris to visit our 2011 Mizzou grad that we haven't seen in almost two years.

Me and the hubs + baby on the way are planning on leaving KC tomorrow morning. We were going to leave tomorrow night, but the ice has us worried.
We are planning on going to the Alumni tailgate, if there is one???? Has anyone heard? Or else going to a place called Stats near the GA Dome to watch the UCLA game.

Semo what are your plans? Since I didn't have crap to do this weekend I volunteered to work...then a buddy said he MIGHT have 2 tickets to the game. So if it does work out, I wouldn't get there until like 2:30, but it'd be cool to get together.
I still wish you'd have gone to athens so I could reciprocate the hospitality with a campus tour!

And I'll definitely be in ft hens next time, my cousin just moved back there so I have a place to stay!
Where are good places to go around the dome? And I'd love to see you again since I missed you last week! I may have that auburn fan with me if we can find her a ticket.

Trust me, the very first thought I had was you and/or semo. From what I gather, a coworker/boss of my friend has a daughter who is a student at AU. The daughter got in a car wreck or something and can't go. So the boss might sell the tickets, or give 1 to my friend to go along with him, or leave 2 tix for him at will call to pick up. From what I understand I don't think us turning around and selling them is feasible.

Do we want a stickied thread for travel alert/hookups or whatever. We have a ton of stickied threads already. But I thought with the weather people give warnings or road conditions or whatever. Could also be a place to set up pre game festivities. Might not be enough to make it worthwhile or everyone may already have their plans set. What's everyone's thoughts. As I'm typing I'm leaning to not needed.
