I know this would normally be an offseason thread but hell we don't have a game Saturday and won't know our next opponent until Sunday night so why the hell not? As stated in the title this is not a thread with the intentions to list the players who you thought were the most talented, but rather who were your favorite players to watch.
1. Boss Bailey
2. Thomas Davis
TD layin the wood
3. David Pollack
4. Sean Jones
Beautiful
5. Alec Ogeltree
Honorable Mentions
Jarvis Jones, Charles Johnson, Tim Jennings, Shawn Williams

You pretty much nailed it for me although, I would have to find a way to get Jarvis in there.
What I learned from watching the 'tree gif is...it doesn't matter what the combine times were...in pads, on turf, tree is faster than Lacy.

Liked the guy but he was meh in coverage. That and the last play vs Auburn and his game vs WVU were too terrible for me to remember him too fondly.

I love me some JJ as well, but it was hard for me to put him in front of guys who were here for their entire careers.
Honorary JJ gif

Always fond of the lesser ranked guys who show up and play:
Sean Jones
Thomas Davis
Tim Jennings
Tony Gilbert
Will Thompson...the other DE in the Pollack era.

One player i enjoyed watching play was Tra Battle. I know he wasnt the best player but he had a really good senior year. I think he may have even been like a 3rd team All American. I just loved how hard he played. He was about 170 and would try to blow up a 250 pound TE over the middle in a heartbeat. He really played hard.

Paul Oliver was a baller no doubt, but the way his career in Athens ended was less than desirable to say the least. Seriously, you have to try pretty damn hard to become academically ineligible.
However, I will never forget his performance against Megatron.

Thomas Davis by far. When he left UGA he was my 2nd favorite player of all time. Although I attended games as a baby, my first REAL memories start in about the mid 90s and get more abundant and clear as the decade went on. I was in high school when Richt first started, and Thomas Davis was the first player that I truly became a fanboy of. The guy was just so awesome. And that's not to discredit Boss or Pollack or any of our other studs, but TD was just on a whole nother level. He'll likely always be in my top 5 Dawgs list forever.
