Having worked in construction all my life I understand that these things happen. It's a shame but it's a fact. Thoughts and prayers to this young man's family.

I can't stand this comment. I hear it all the time and it makes my skin crawl. There is always a safe way. Especially when it comes to preventing fatalities. Somewhere there was a failure that could have been prevented. It did not just "happen."

These things don't just "happen". Falls should never happen in this day and age.

I was afraid Adrian Briskey was out on bail and went to Texas for another shooting spree.

So sorry to hear about this. Construction work much , much safer than it was several decades ago when there were numerous deaths on most large construction sites such as NY high rises, the Hoover Dam, etc.
