Scary how Tide fans are down right enraged

I have family that are professional grade, quality folks and have gone off the sore losing deep end. I made truly harmless status lines in Facebook and they went ape shite.
I know of other good folk turning into frickheads over this loss.
Seriously, this is not meant as a jab, but holy shite!

It was a tough loss in a big rivalry game. Something you LSU fans obviously wouldn't understand.

My experience has been the opposite.
Most of the folks I know have been eerily calm and collected.
I coped better with that loss Saturday night than I have with any loss since 2008. Not sure how to explain it.

Seriously, I have never seen a global attack like what's going on. My family members even had a close childhood Bama alum friend having to step in and take up for me.

It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. 2011 LSU is probably the worst feeling I have had since 2008. I won't lie...tears were almost shed by me. No other game has done that to me before or since.

I talked to my Mom earlier tonight. We have a plethora of gumps in the family. My mom talks to one on a daily basis. (my Dad isn't in the best of health and she calls to check on him daily) My parents haven't heard from her since mid-morning Saturday. She "claims" to not care about football and barely watches it.

I grew up a Bama fan as my cousin played for ray Perkins......I even chose to play for LSU over Bama. I know plenty.
