I'd be pissed and surprised. I'm not sure he would leave so soon. Also loves the south quite a bit. Can't argue that Texas is a top job though.
Money won't be an issue after this year when he re-negotiates in off season.

He wouldn't leave after one year, and I think he likes the Deep South anyway
