You act like only people that have an affiliation with the university should be fans. No one in my family went to state but several of us are avid fans. I just don't understand the "sidewalk" crap. If only former students were fans the university would die out.

Tattoos are trashy as frick and a fat body covered in school related tattoos is even trashier, even though I appreciate the school spirit. I embrace the sidewalk because, as the OP states, it means we've arrived as a fan base to the point where shitheads are tatting up their fat bodies with State related ink. It's great. But to find out this is a student makes me sad, cause the sidewalk has invaded our classroom.

I was listening to h2h today, and from what I gathered they had this guy on air yesterday. Did anyone get a chance to hear it? They said he got a discount and only paid $60 for it. Pretty sweet deal. All about who ya know

We just make fun of the Alabama side walkers. You have no idea what it's like to drive to work everyday and pass 1000 cars in an eleven mile trip with Bama shite all over it. I have never actually met one single Alabama fan that actually went to school there. I have three friends at work that all attended Auburn though. 2 are nurses and the other is a Registered Dietician.

I live in LSU country. I know how you feel. I just don't like the term "side walkers". It is degrading for me when I have as much team spirit as anybody else.
