It's probably due to my geographic bias, but I wasn't surprised by Rutgers. Anyone from the New York metro area who follows college football remembers that Rutgers was great a few years ago during the era of Greg Schiano, Ray Rice, Kenny Britt, and Tiquan Underwood.
