Again, you strengthen supporting structures, not ligaments.

I'm an MSK radiologist. I'm not a trainer, or a rehab, or ortho, but I know about the pathophysiology of ligaments.

You can stabilize a knee to try and reduce injuries, but dear, on the athletes that football players are, these effects are probably negligible.

I'm sure the strengthening programs are more geared towards women, who have much higher incidence of ACL injuries.

Also read that QB Tyler Murphy is day-to-day with a shoulder injury, and if our game was played today, he wouldn't play. Who do y'all have as Murphy's backup, if he can't go this Saturday?
