What type of offense/defense does Hud run?

I hear a lot about him on this board, but I haven't got to watch any of his games. What style O and D does he run?

From what I can tell the offense is a lot like Mullen's but he appears to be a MUCH better play caller (in-game coach) and motivator than Mullen. He can also recruit, something that Mullen can't seem to grasp.

Henry prettymuch nailed it.
I wouldn't label "his" defense, because that part would almost assuredly change if he got the MSU job. It's a new DC this year that appears to be struggling a bit...
