I'm talking about the hire. Nobody expected a good season. You on the other hand are in worse shape than last season despite the same damn team. You were overrated as frick and have no kind of actual plan. Your offense is built around a guy who runs around 60 percent of the time and throws the ball in the air. Without him you would have a losing record. How do you not see that?
