Slightly less finessee than A&M's D, IMO.

Run another trick play, bitch.

I dont think you understand what they mean if that is your retort

Wow that reminded me of Franco Harris crashing across the goalline. So bruising. You're right, it's not a finesse offense at all.

Anyone that says that doesn't understand football, dude is power run game all the way.

Nothing says power running game like lining up in the spread and running it off tackle

Good thing we don't run a spread

You aren't a very smart person

Gus runs an offense that works...doesn't matter how.

The power run game left with Cam.
JK, I have no clue I haven't watched Auburn play much this year at all. I saw bits of pieces of them against TAMU where their spread QB kept picking up yards scrambling. But besides that haven't really had a reason to watch them play yet. Maybe ill tune in on Nov 16th and geat a preview of them before the Iron Bowl and finally get to see that power run game that is ripping through all the defenses.

That defender was off balance, feet wasn't even on the ground, most any player could have slung him down.
Reminds me of Bo running over Bosworth who was shifting sideways to fill a gap. Bo had a 10 yard straight up running head of steam.
Both situations way overblown, but both appear real awesome.
(Bo was real deal and Boz was a big mouth phony who deserved it.)

Gus runs what I think of as a hybrid offense. Some spread elements, some power elements. Sure we do run speed sweeps and spread it wide some, but if anyone that knows anything about football watches us, they see the majority of our run game is based on power running, which leads to a lot of the passing game being based on play action. It just happens to be out of the shotgun, which doesn't make it "spread" or "finesse."
And he does a really nice job of tailoring the offense to what he's got available. He's set various records at the schools he's been at for rushing and passing.
