I've never thought she was that hot except when they basically made her hot in that Hardee's commercial..... but I gotta say I get wood every time I see that one. But outside of that, she isn't very attractive. Too skinny.

Personally, [Webb] isn't my type of woman, but to answer your question, sometimes photos just simply come out really unflattering.
In the case of the first photo, it was probably taken on a phone by an eminently trained photographer. In the case of the second, it actually sort of looks like it was taken with a fricking disposable camera someone picked up at a Walgreens or something.
