Didn't realize just how many calls went against us in this game.

It was unreal, every play that went over 10 yards mysteriously had a flag hit the turf. Watch any catch or run as soon as the player got 10-15 yards.. the flag icon would light up... I should own wild turkey stock.. for these type of games.

Two really got to me. The no call when Busta Anderson got dragged down in the endzone, and then a few plays later, the pass interference call on Chaz Elder when he never even touched DGB. Those happened within about 3 minutes of each other in real game time.

This was a phantom call. He was playing the ball.

The other thing about this game, is watching the whole thing, you can tell our team never gave up. The game never did seem out of reach for the team, and the spark they got when Connor came in was apparent. This team may not be the best we have had so far, but for sure one of the toughest.

The Elder call was complete BS, he had his arms out in a cupping motion to make the catch and his head faced towards the ball.

It is what it is, we still won that game and it built a lot of character for the guys. It's awesome that the young guys got to experience something like that, it will pay off in seasons to come.

Yep. Knowing you've done something before makes it easier to do it again. So in similar situations the guys aren't worried about repeating what happened last time but, think we did it before we can do it again
