Seriously there were so many factors in that loss.

Kicker misses a longish FG to seal the win and an absolute chip shot half of us could kick.

4th and goal looked like our 3rd down defense.

Defense allowing two full length drives in the last 5 mins.

Offense not getting a first down when they could easily run out the clock.

Big changer in the season's momentum.

And It's gotten so bad to the point when we have a 4th down the fans urge Pinkel to go for it if we are in field goal range, and Baggett gets booed during pre-game introductions all the time

I think you underestimate how hard it is to kick field goals. An extra point is a hard kick for a lot of people.
