It has to happen for a shot at the East. So if you still want to make the game then yes. I think with tiebreakers we won't make it unless Mizzou loses to USCe, aTm, and someone else.

I do. Tired of seeing the Miz fans gloating about an easy schedule and beating injury-depleted teams

Yes. Even with 2 SEC losses, if Missouri losses 3 SEC games (conceivable), then we still have a shot at the East since we have the tie breaker with SC and things don't look good for Florida. Of course realistically, we could lose again to either Florida and/or Auburn.

Mizzou would still win a 3 way tiebreaker between us, USCe, and Mizzou right?

Yes. A Mizzou win tomorrow clinches the East for them, if I heard correctly.

Some Georgia posters were unkind to South Carolina fans when our team represented the East the last two seasons. Their opening schedule was easy, and their last 2 wins have been against teams that are shells of themselves; however, they've still got to play Ole Miss, Texas A&M, and potentially Alabama.

They have 5 conf games left counting USC if they win that one... then lose out.. that will be 4 conf losses to USC 3 saying they win after Mizz game... so if that being the case and Usc loses tomorrow and we win out.. with the above we go to atl

Remember what spurrier always bitched about last year and year before... Crying because we lose an East Game yet still get in... when they didnt

Pretty crazy that Mizzou will represent the EAST in the SOUTHEASTERN conference. They are neither South nor East. I feel like I'm in bizarro world.

Thanks, Slive.

This is why I wanted Clemson & FSU when they broke our hearts with aTm & MiZzzou. I would have taken NC State & Va Tech just to complete the map picture, if SC and FL were going to cry foul at there being another in-conference team in their state. TN & AL told them "Quitcherbitchin."

Really just kinda depends.

-If SC wins, it brings MU off their perch some and gives us a shot at the east (but really, do we want to win the east with our injuries?).

-If MU wins, they are guaranteed to win the east basically (where they will get slaughtered in the SECCG). They will remain in the top 5, but SC will fall to the unranked (join the club!) and it's another loss for spurrier.

To be perfectly honest, this game really doesn't affect UGA at all since we are pretty much out of the race. If SC wins, they are a good bet to win the east since I doubt MU beats aTm (with a healthy manziel). If MU they basically clinch. It's really all about who would you rather see get sacrificed in atlanta. Personally, I'd rather not see SC win the east, so I'll pull for MU.

no not really again SEC counts all conf games not just E & W See 2011. Miz has 5 conf games left.. lose any 3 and we win out they sit at home even if they beat USC

I know...but if they beat USC the odds of them losing 3 out of UT, UK, ole miss, and aTm is exceptionally small.

Which is exactly why we want them to lose to USCe tomorrow. Because the chances of them losing 2 of the remaining of UT, Ole Miss, UK, A&M is significantly larger.

Bottom line, we need to win out, which is entirely possible, and they need to lose 3 of their remaining games for us to get there. So any Georgia fan that doesn't want South Carolina to win tomorrow doesn't know what they are talking about.

Even if Mizzou only loses 2 games, that will put them into a tie with us, as long as one of those two losses is to USC, then it gets crazy.

So yes, I want Mizzou to get beat tomorrow.

Why are you so angry?
You know nothing about me; I'm not gay, and you're the one with the dirty mind.

Georgia has narrowly defeated Florida the past 2 seasons and might push their record to 3-0 versus Muschamp. Georgia also is ahead in the all-time series by a decent margin. I know Florida has owned our team for most of the past 2 decades, but currently Georgia is on top. Georgia's program is better than Florida's. Georgia is the master of the Florida Gators. I'd appreciate it if you didn't commit personal attacks.

You're a Florida fan who is posting on our board. You have no track record to speak of. You are either:

1)An alter, probably of GATA, which wouldn't be surprising as deranged and psychotic as he apparently is, or

2)A UF fan, trying to sneak your way onto the board.

Either way, you fricking suck.

then your name should be gator master you verbally challenged dolt. Ooooooooh but master gator rhymes with "masturbater", I get it!! So clever. If I was 11 I might find it funny, but alas..I'm not, so I don't.
