This is addressed to any posters from Mizzou and UK that have their backs arched and hissing at one another.

I don't think this has anything to do with The sport programs of Mizzou or Kentucky. For whatever reason, a few posters from both fan bases seem to have some personality clashes.

I have avoided entering the conversation of such threads, until now. From what I have seen, there is no innocent party. Snarky posts have been initiated and responded to from both sides.

I know this is an anonymous Internet message board, and people feel free to write things they would never say aloud in public. Trying to troll, snark and one up the next fellow for laughs is the goal of some posters.

My advice to any of you is to ignore and exit a thread if you start to take it personal. Cats cannot fight with them self.

That's all well and good advice but you don't seem to understand something. Some of Mizzou's fans seem to be transferring their enmity for KU to UK.

We...are...not...KU. We despise KU. At first I was happy Mizzou came to the SEC because of an apparent mutual disdain for the Jayhawks.

Now it seems some Mizzou fans think of us as the KU stand-in. Keep it MU vs. UK and we can get along. Compare us to KU, though, and expect a response.
