Since A&M is the only one that was expected to compete for title, I say A&M

A&M fell on its face out of the gate. Defense still matters no matter how good your offense is

LSU reloaded well and has done good with Mett

Georgia has done what everyone thought they would do

Well, considering the Ags were picked to finish second...and the Bulldogs first in their respective divisions, I would say them. They both have zero chance to win their division, their season is over.

LSU has a .0000001 percent chance of winning the West still, in a year they were predicted to compete with Ole Miss for third in the division.

And if LSU didn't lose 20 starters to the NFL we would be undefeated. You have to play the hand that's dealt to you. There so many ifs.......

That's completely different. You knew in offseason preparation that you weren't going to have those players. We were forced to play players that did not expect a lot or any playing time. You develop chemistry throughout the offseason and early part of the season with a certain group and when that group is decimated, it's devastating. So in no way is it similar to players leaving for the draft. Not even close.

Easy there Nancy. I just meant big picture. No one really thought Georgia would compete for the title. I didn't mean that everyone thought Georgia would suck at the level they do now.

This

UGA by far with the most disappointing season.

Well this just isn't accurate. If Mizzou loses 3 SEC games and we win the rest of ours, we go to Atlanta.

Put it in to perspective, champ.

Well losing a bunch of starters and games in what could have been a legitimate title run...how could that not be the most disappointing?

Oh it's disappointing for sure, I've already stated that. But you've got to recognize it for what it is and what it is not. This is not another "let-down" or "bed shitting" season of the past. And people who think that it is are ignorant.

Tough choice. I would argue UGA. I think they thought they would coast to Atlanta, not because the team was so great but because this is such a down year in the East

I like to picture him with a head bandage or a black eye. I'm honestly thinking of being a Georgia football player for Halloween here at the office. Wear a jersey and have a brace, a head bandage, and walk in on crutches.

They are all different shades of the same color.

Georgia was expected to win the East. Injuries (a ton of them) stopped that. There is some truth AND some myth to SEC Deep. All teams have breaking points, and even the SEC isn't immune.

A&M had aspirations of contending for the West but there were question marks about the defense. I personally never expected the defense to improve from last year but I also never expected the youngsters to get pushed around so easily. Someone had posted pics of studs from different teams as Freshmen vs Junior/Senior and the difference was just obvious in stature. SEC Depth requires about 3 classes to get to.

LSU had predictions of decline from just about everyone except those from LSU. As the year progressed, the LSU faithful REALLY started to believe and believe all in for Mett. Two tough losses have cooled expectations.

I guess if you were to pick just one, I would say Georgia but to me, they are the ones that are most forgivable. Injuries suck, and ruin the perception of a team. A&M would be a close second and LSU a distant third. Although, I expect the LSU situation to sting more than the other two as they went all in and got slapped back down.

We all knew UGA and LSU were vastly overrated. I have to admit, I'm shocked at A&M's slide.
