Early Signing Period for EEs begins next year

This is all per Bruce Feldman's twitter. Early Enrollees will be allowed to sign their LOI as early as August 1st.

Changes the game drastically.

From what I've read, they can sign financial aid agreements but not LOI meaning that the school would be obligated to provide a scholarship but it's not binding for the athlete

Nope. Just the financial aid agreement. I doubt it changes much.
