Yeah, except one didn't score a single point in the rematch. I'd say it'd probably lean more 85%-15% in UA's favor.

LSU beat them the first time around in Tuscaloosa. Also, it's no coincidence that their scores against common opponents were so similar. Clearly LSU could play with them.

I'm pretty sure that if you gave that LSU team a third game, they would have been happy to have it. Was a fun season. a 1-1 resolution isn't great for finality, but I think Bama fans that actually respect LSU that year can find that a sort of fitting end for two evenly matched foes.
