When will UGA hire coaches that will win games they should have won?

Let me count the ways.

- We will build 20 yards of an indoor facility but damn you for expecting 80 more yards!
- Just because the rules allow for a massive "support staff" (a la Alabama) doesn't mean we have to pay for one.
- Hire a Special Teams Coach or pay a Tight Ends coach/recruiting coordinator? How much fun do you wanna have?

- Stegman is a dump. So we will pretty it up on the outside but don't you expect much else.

I've been asking myself this question for most of my life.

As a child I was happy with Vince. I didn't know any better and HW came along while I was in college.

As a young adult I was busy making a living, so Goff didn't do anything but hurt my feelings.

Donnan was a disappointment. I really thought, based on Marshall, he would get it done.

As an adult I considered Richt as a gamble, but a good one. No one knew that Bobby would not have a strong legacy via his assistants.

Now, as a middle aged man, having been through 30 plus years of business wars, I just don't give a rat's arse how nice Richt is or any of the other blah, blah. I care about my grad school and home state alma mater winning and winning big.

To all the hand wringing, Disney pukes -- your ancestors, largely, took a chance and moved to this country on hopes and prayers. These people dreamed big. Many of you act like you are afraid to get out of bed. Damn, Richt is just a coach at a destination school, nothing more, nothing less. GA is known as a soft underachiever. Surely there is a "hard, pipe hitting" coach just waiting to blow up the college world.

You hire and fire until you get a winner. You take football revenue and you invest it in the program. You live within the rules, but don't let others push the envelope without being right there with them.

When are the coaches going to put a defense together that can play fundamental defense? i.e., tackling.

It is the responsibility of the coaches to make sure of this.
