I wouldn't call it a dirty hit, but it should have been a penalty. Throwing a QB to the ground when he's already gotten rid of the ball should be a personal foul, right?
Football is a rough game, this stuff happens. Franklin's shoulder was always going to be prone to re-injury - shoulder injuries always are. It sucks, and I hate it, but I'm not going to call that a cheap shot.
ETA - I am going to hope and pray that after he has an MRI it shows it's not as bad as they thought.

They were saying he was done for the season before he even had an MRI. The "separated shoulder" is basically a sprain. Unless he did additional damage to the labrum, which they will be able to tell with the MRI, that call may have been premature. We'll see.

franklin seems to be a little delicate. Is maty any tougher?..not trying to be a smart arse, but he was hurt most of the year last year and now in the most critical part of ya'lls schedule he is out again..could be bad for the rest of your season
