Brandon Allen's weekly practice participation
If the kid can't practice and work at getting a better rhythm with his receivers and to work on pass progressions why should we expect anything to improve?

Also, It appears some folks aren't doing their work. Bielema said normal academic meetings last about 20 minutes and lately they have been taking 1.5 hours which cuts down on practice time.

It seems like excuses to me....
Academic meetings should never be as little as 20 min IMO....

They do if your kids are going to class like they should and are getting their work done. All those meetings do is address those issues.

I was listening on the radio after the game. I heard something along the lines of buckling that chin strap next week and it made me queezy.

Starting to think we need to get on the phone with the best JUCO QB there is. If we have to rely on BA, and he's our best QB, then we be fricked again in 2014.

We had the ball for 16 minutes today.....I got tired watching our defense, I couldn't imagine being on the field for 40+ minutes

Shouldve been done before this season when we saw derby couldnt hit the broadside of a hawkeye painted barn while at pass happy iowa imo

So, what else did CBB offer up post game, besides Allen not working much during the week and some folks need to get there arse in gear in classes?
Any 'we just got our arse whipped' or 'It was my fault' or 'we will get this fixed' statements?

Let's not give Derby too much credit, his throws are usually so bad that nobody on the field can catch them.
