This is a discussion board. People voice their opinions here.

I think we're all frustrated with the Braves' historical success (or lack thereof) in the playoffs. I don't have a problem with talking about that, just like I don't have a problem talking about being dominant team in the NL for the better part of two decades (moral victory?)

Sports are a two-edged sword. For those who care passionately about their team(s), a win can put you on cloud 9 while a loss can put you in the depths of despair. Others don't care as much so long as they've got a glass of booze continually topped off.

I still support the Braves, even though they (and most of Georgia's teams) continually choke in the playoffs or championship games. But, even when they lose, I'm still a fan and am proud to be associated with those teams in some way, regardless of disappointment. But that's what being a fan is; dealing with the good and the bad.
