Nope, If he had not paid the money back before the games had been played then that might be the case. But since it was paid back before the season he was not ineligible for those games. Sorry for ruining your fantasy of Bama's demise but you will be very disappointed if you believe any thing from the NCAA will come of this or that Bama will have to vacate/forfeit/etc any games

um no, that's not what the rule says at all. it certainly might help when the NCAA decides how to rule, but technically he was ineligible he moment he accepted the "loan" from the coach. if he wasn't ineligible, Alabama wouldn't be suspending him right now
