We aren't even on the offer list on 247. Congrats on a 3 star, I guess. We have a monster at tight end already who is underused, so I don't imagine this recruit would do much for us at TE. If he were used as a wide out for us, I'm sure he'd do fine, but the tight ends seemed to do quite well for you guys, so he seems like a nice fit at arky.
Any reason why he is going out of state though? His timeline thing on 247 just seems weird, arky, Miami, and Michigan st.

Despite that 247 removed it, he actually had offer from Alabama, although I don't know if it was commitable.

I don't know why he's going out of state, but we have a connection with his high school. We pulled Alex Collins and Denver Kirkland out of Florida last year and both started against A&M.

Btw, is Taylor Hamm trustworthy?

I guess you said the same thing about that 3-star, 45th rated player in the state, QB named Johnny Manziel. Remember him? He was the one that flagship university in the state of Texas didn't offer. It's comical to see some of the idiotic responses from some message board posters.

And the reason he is leaving the state is because he probably wants to, just like hundreds of other players who want to expand their horizons and leave the state they grew up in.
