Used the Preseason AP Top 25 and "receiving votes" to fill in as far as I could. Once that ran out I used the final 2012 RPIs.

One last question, I promise. When bama beat va tech, how did you account for a neutral site win? Did you multiply by a factor like you did on the road? Or just ignore it?

I built the mother of all spreadsheets to data mine the predictions of the 60+ power ranking systems that he has collected there. I've toyed with the idea of trying to create my own power ranking system, but for now I'm sticking with running other folks' systems through filters to try to find combinations with good winning percentages ATS.
