I guess bc Bama keeps getting rewarded for its easier schedule. Gets frustrating.

Convert a 4th down. Make a FG. Stop a screen pass. LSU had plenty of chances to change the dynamic of the game last year. You have opportunities. Make the most of them.

The implication of all of these schedule threads is that Bama would lose to UGA or UF if they were there instead of Kentucky. We just don't know that to be true. One thing is for certain, Bama would not be the underdog against either of those teams. You're hanging your hopes on a complete unknown. Just win out and beat Bama and you're still golden. Handle your business and all is fine. Don't handle it an there will be more schedule threads. I bet we don't see them next year, though.

Is this not the exact same argument all SEC fans/media/SEC programs make about elite teams from other conferences?

Yep.

I have no problem playing a hard schedule, I just wish certain other schools had to as well

That's true, but with your cake schedule you'll be able to run vanilla schemes from now until you play is plus I'd like to see Alabama in these tough, do or die situations more than just twice a year.

Plus on top of that if Bama/A&M/LSU all beat each other and win the rest of their divisional games guess who gets the reward of going to Atlanta? The team with the easy east opponents

Neither I nor anyone posting on this forum plays for the team. Not sure how you want us to accomplish this.

Obviously Alabama would have a much greater chance than losing to Georgia and Florida than Tennessee and Kentucky. You can admit that. The implication is, more often than not, Alabama has an easier path to Atlanta and beyond than LSU. Clearly Florida has been a much better program since conference expansion than Tennessee, and it's likely that they will more often than not going forward as well. You can certainly admit that, right? I mean you're not going to sit here and act like Tennessee and Florida have been equal programs in any way over the last few decades, are you? The idiocy that is permanent opponents is the issue.

I always enjoy the Florida game and all big games in general, FWIW. But by all means take what a few hundred (maybe) posters on a site with 90,000 or so LSU fans say as a consensus.

You realize that actually happened in 2011 right? And what did LSU get rewarded with? Playing the SEC CG against UGA while Bama kicked up it's (collective) feet while their coach campaigned for a shot at the NCG. Furthermore, LSU then had to play a Bama team that was all about avenging it's loss with nothing to lose. I don't blame the LSU team for coming out flat. We should've been playing OSU.
