Oregon razed to the ground one SEC team this year. Granted it was not the best SEC team, but should they really have been handed their worst loss since the 1930's? Tennessee is a member of your conference, so you have to take the loss and like it. Give me some legitimate, verifiable reasons why your SEC team can or can't defeat Oregon.

Just because you beat Tennessee doesn't mean you beat anyone else besides Tennessee. Scrapping for anything that might mean you belong in the SEC.

We beat Washington for a home-away does that mean we beat Oregon? oh wait....

since the beginning of the 2010 season, LSU is the only team (SEC or otherwise) that can say it dominated Oregon.

Florida
Georgia
LSU
Alabama

Those four teams can beat Oregon. One of them will get the opportunity, and do so.

Florida? LOL. Florida would get the same amount of points hung on them as Tennessee did. They only beat Tennessee by 14 points. Case closed. We would beat Georgia. LSU and Alabama would really be the only true challenges.

That's interesting, because LSU hasn't won a national title since 2007. They did win the SEC one year, though.

A=b b=c does not mean a=c in college football.

Have fun with stats that won't matter when big daddy Bama lowers it's arse on Oregon's head.

Georgia just beat LSU... so your logic doesn't match there.

Also Florida has the best defense out of all of the teams mentioned on this thread.

It does? That doesn't bode well for SEC if that's true, the team that lost to Miami and beat Tennessee by only two touchdowns, not too impressive.

You have to get by LSU first. Texas ATM is Oregon Lite. You can win a shootout with a 2nd rate gunslinger, but can you win one against the baddest of the bunch?

can't wait until Stanford beats you....again. Then you can go back to having 0 quality wins, once again.

Oregon will lose when they face a defense with a pulse.

Same shite, different year.

Bragging about beating Tennessee is something you were almost able to share with South Alabama fans! Oregon fans have some crazy Napoleon syndrome.

Also, alter.

Oregon has won 11 of the 13 matches against Stanford in recent history. The last loss was a FG in overtime. The favor will be repaid this year.

Not bragging, just saying...You guys all claim the wins together, you need to man up and claim the losses as well, quoting Herbstreit.

No I don't. frick, I don't even want some SEC teams to win it all.

frick you, don't tell me what to do or to "man-up". That dumbass statement by Herbstreit is just a false enchantment to make people feel better about their conference in relation to the SEC.

What the frick do you want? People to respect your entire conference because you beat a lesser team in the SEC?

Give me a break.

You are 0-2 in recent memory against SEC heavyweights when it mattered the most.

Lets get real. We got our asses beat by one SEC team, LSU. Auburn didn't 'beat our arse,' they barely squeaked by on a FG after a questionable play. The other SEC team, Tennessee, got a drubbing they'll remember 100 years from now.
