Jack Del Rio has to be the clear frontrunner here, and ESPN seems to agree. He's an alum, charismatic, and is coaching on the hottest team in the NFL, right now. If Denver actually goes on to win the Super Bowl, you can just about book that hire.

Pete Carroll isn't a good coach either, at least not x's and o's.
Surround yourself with a good staff and recruit. Success at USC will follow.
