It is definitely not 50:50. Probably like 80:20 female to male and and that is generous.

Oh c'mon. Let's take a look, what gender is thought to have a tendency to make decisions out of emotion? Our differences aren't just our bodies, but we're also wired differently. It's biology.
What's that saying? There's nothing worse than a woman's scorn...or something like that.
I can't speak on your life experiences, but I haven't seen anything close to 50-50. I'm sure some guys out there are like that, but that's not something they're bragging about or are proud of. I mean how many movies/shows are all about a women getting even with her man? It's become a pop culture thing. With women it's "cool" to get misguided revenge on men who in their eyes screw them over.
