UCF played Texas at home a few years back when Texas had 10 win seasons and almost beat them. Tough road game for USC and a no win type situation.
Also played Mizzou pretty tough at home last year.

If we lose, we'll never hear the end of it (regardless of how good UCF actually ends up being) and if we win, no one will notice/care.
