We were in the top 30 In run defense and we are getting our starting cb back in this game. Our pass defense is like 90th.
Sounds like Alabama is going to have to challenge the back end of the defense a lot unless the oline has a major breakthrough.

McCarron is going to look awesome again unless we generate some sacks

Yep. At the very least a bunch of knockdowns

DL is finally healthy and is very solid. Not elite because our two best DL are undersized (230lb at DE and 255lb at DT). Very deep and talented by OM standards. Not a strong pass rush from the DL alone, and not a dominant run stopping DL but solid in both regards.
At LB we are missing our best play maker in Denzel but his back up is a tackling machine. Our Mike is slow but knows the defend like the back of his hand. Not a bad player, but is taken out in passing situations often. Just like DL, very deep, but not quite as talented. Most consistent unit
Secondary is shaky. We will start a 5'8 and 5'9 CB so your taller WR should feel comfortable. They are both very atheltic and physical though so don't expect your WR to run block the hell out of them or seal them on screens. #28 is who you will go after since he is playing CB for the second time in his young college career. If he can't handle the moment then we will put in our 3 year starter, but it will he his first game of the year back due to an injury an DUI. We have a very solid safety in Cody Prewitt (#25) who would have 6 picks if he could catch a ball that hits him in both hands. Very physical against the run and always puts himself in good position in coverage. The other safety will either be Elston (#7) who is better against the run or Brown (#8) who is better against the pass. We run a 4-2-5 so I will count Tony Connor (#12) as part of the secondary but against y'all we will not need to change personell to go to our 4-3 because he is as physical as a LB and will just slide up. His back up will be Keith Lewis who is a LB we use mostly in pass coverage
