No way. LSU has great talent in the state. I do not think LSU will be out of the top 10 anytime soon.

Louisiana is a talent rich state with no in state competition. It can also easily pull in TX recruits. Talent will help LSU to stay on top. The big thing that helped bring LSU to the top was keeping the large majority of elite LA level talent in state.
