Actually if you read Sagarin's admonishment about his formula being virtually useless before 9 games are in the book, you'd know that it has to be taken up with you.

Look at how Sagarin computes a lot of his rankings. They are moronic. Like conference rank for instance. An inequitable and moronic weighting system that just mathematically "eliminates" some sort of bias, but promotes others.
