Apparently Maye has lost his starting position at Safety.

Watkins has taken over for Maye.

Coaches say they consider VH3 a starter, meaning he will be the 3rd corner on the field and most likely the starter at Nickel.

Muschamp said Kelvin Taylor will be integrated more into the offense. He is a natural runner with great vision. I think this is smart.

Said that they are gonna be smarter in the redzone with play calling. AKA they don't trust Driskel for shite, and rightfully so.

Said TE's suck, essentially. Something along the lines of "We don't throw to TE's because they don't make plays in practice."

Humphries and Halapio are good to go Saturday.

Moore is questionable.

Is it sad that I just want to fast forward to the day Kelvin Taylor is the starter?

I just want an offense again...

Agree about wanting to see some offense again but I don't care what player provides it, the coaches we're gushing over Matt Jones in the off season lets hope he returns to the form they saw in the spring.

I expect Gideon Ajagbe to be a FB/TE.

Also it sucks that Leonard and Christian transferred for whatever reason. Taylor and Thompson should be getting PT by now over converted DEs.

I am starting to question Derek Lewis's ability to develop TEs.

IMO getting Halapio will help the running game. He has started a ton of games for UF. Harrision and Halapio are why we ran the ball up the middle so much last year. Hopefully Halapio has improved at passblocking.

I haven't given up on jones yet. He was rusty last week. If he continues to miss holes and looks timid against UT, I'll start to worry.

I do love the idea of getting kelvin more involved though.

Good news, and hope to see MJ have a better day against UT.

Good adjustments. VH3 needs to be on the field.

Why would you say this? Wouldn't you at least want the defense to have to cover the TE's?
Speaking of TE's why is Clay Burton on this team again?
He belongs at FAU at best.

It does not matter what Muschamp says about the TE's. All you have to do is turn the film on for 2 mins and realize that the TE's are awful. From that, you can draw the conclusion that they probably aren't heavily involved in the passing gameplan.

I'm sure every DC in the conference already knew that we're not going to throw to our TEs.

If the TE's are already awful, why not put in Thompson and Taylor, who can actually catch, and see what happens? I mean WTF do you have to lose?

So mike taylor is a captain, but not a starter?

I can't tell you why they aren't involved because I don't know why.

So Taylor got what...one freaking carry. Yea..really included him. He got a loud cheer when he ran and then never saw him again. Let him PLAY ;/. His father is one of my favorite Gators all time and this kid is a freak. I've seen him play live in high school and I watched him during practice this fall. He finds the hole, cuts quickly, and has amazing speed. He may be the most explosive player we've had since Harvin who also can break tackles(so that excludes Demps and Rainey). I'm going to carry signs saying we want Taylor next game O_O.
