That and the targeting penalty were confusing.
How in the hell is a defensive player, in the heat of battle with the #1 team in America and a national audience, supposed to just turn it off? I think play should be stopped whenever anyone loses his helmet.

Both calls were retarded. That Bama player wasn't "targeting" our WR. That hit was totally fine. The other play where our d-lineman got penalized for losing his helmet... equally stupid. He's in the middle of the fricking play... he's just supposed to flop down or something? SMH... really a dumb rule.
