$30 million for a 500 seat stadium? Because that is likely all you will need.
That is ridiculous. What are you putting in there?
I went to an Alabama-LSU game this past year and there were as many LSU fans as Alabama fans, it seemed like, and the place was maybe half full - or less.

Didn't expect so many people to be mad that we're spending money on baseball.
