I think the SEC Champion who played in the NC game should get the NC trophy if proved that Bama cheated and paid to get players.

Yes, and as a token of apology the NCAA will be sending all LSU season ticket holders a 2011 championship ring along with a Canes tailgate box!

No. Just like 2004 it will be vacated no one won it. That's assuming it gets vacated.
