The NCAA can interview staff and players. If you refuse to answer or seem squirmy, they can use that against you. Refusal to provide them the documentation they can request is not a good defense.

The players involved are in the NFL so they don't have to say shite to the NCAA. They can just say it's all bullshite and that'll be that. They don't even have to give the NCAA the time of day.

They can easily say no such documentation ever existed. What can the NCAA do but take them at their word? They have no power to subpoena records.

Except that none of these accusations have anything to do with the schools themselves.

They only thing they could ask a coach or school emplyee is "did you know anything abot this?" and they will answer "no" and thats about it. This is about agents, not boosters or coaches.
