Didn't he have the tweet before the draft about taking money and then said his account was hacked?

At the time, I honestly thought Cam Newton and Manziel would skate. They eventually did because there was no hard evidence.

This story definitely has me worried. The elaborate paper trail is really shocking. There is no other way I can see this being corroborated other than Luther Davis personally handing over this information to Yahoo Sports.

I believe the state of Alabama has a law in place that punishes agents with jail time for messing with college athletes.

I don't like what I've been reading and as of now I think at worst UA will get a stern "talking to" and maybe have to sacrifice a scholarship or two.

We should be fine. If it turns out we knew about his ineligibility and still played him, then we're fricked. But if we didn't even know about it until after he was gone, then I have to believe we shouldn't be punished too heavily. I wouldn't be surprised either way. 2011 and 2012 could easily be vacated

Damnit this pisses me off so much. Agents are all snakes in the grass and I wish real consequences would come to them. They should be the ones to lose their licenses over this.

Again how do you police 85+ kids in all aspects of their lives to ensure that they aren't receiving improper benefits in some way. You can educate them until you are blue in the face, but in the end they make decisions that can either make or break a program.

I just wish the SEC would secede from the NCAA. We all want to believe that our programs and players are clean, but just look at this past offseason/ early season

Alabama- agent gate
LSU- Les Miles OSU
TAMU- JFF autograph gate/ RSJ accusations
Miss St. - Jonathan Banks (agent gate)
Ole Miss- recruiting/ pics of kids with $
Auburn LINK
Florida- Urban Meyer coverup?
TN- Tyler Bray agent gate
Vandy- rape coverup accusations.
South Carolina- Clowney autographs
Mizzou- tutor scandal (mentioned in the upcoming book)

And these are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Lets face it: the NCAA should be dead. There is no such thing as a clean program.

From a credible person on a different site... (Paraphrased)
Fluker has been interviewed by UA compliance and is cooperating. He has been cooperating with UA compliance since before the article was published. The SEC and compliance department have been working together which is par for the course in these types of allegations. Those inside UA do not think there have been any institutional violations committed in this instance. The investigation is ongoing.

**so basically what Alahunter posted **
