Reauxll I guess I'm just such a believer in our staffs tactics

Who's D is better? LSU gave up 27 to TCU (who was ranked but as far as a returning talent on O and at QB was on par with VT especially at RB) and then 17 to UAB...you think Bama would give up either of those amount of points?

The plays were run it was the execution, the strategy and playing the whole game with an insurmountable lead. The biggest issues I saw on the OL were very fixable, things like chipping and helping on blocks and calling a blitz pre-play. The only OL that really looked bad was Shepard in pass pro, feet weren't quick enough but again VT's DL are smaller quick guys they switch and drop coverage and LBs also blitz etc on stunts. I was hoping that Arie would stay at RT I thought he would find a home there because he seems more of what we are looking for at RT and if you remember until Fluke learned he could overpower even in pass pro and trusted his techniques he struggled against speed rushers and fixed his footwork and became a top 15 pick. I have hopes for Shepard bit I still think Arie is our best option there but that is just MHO

dont think they realized arie had all his mobility back until too late int he offseason, would have done more damage to shake up what they had been practicing all year than to put him at RT.
